We work with a network of corporate buyers who provide multiple types of All-Funds (cash) offers. Unlike many Rent-to-Own programs, we do not use “rent credits” to build a future down payment. Instead, we require at least 5% upfront from the buyer. Brokers are a vital part of our model. At the start of a Rent-to-Own agreement, we provide brokers with a portion of the funds (typically equal to 1.5 times the monthly lease payment) so they earn immediately. Then, when the buyer completes the purchase, brokers receive their full commission at closing — allowing them to benefit at both the beginning and the end of the transaction.
